imaged 10-26-2012. They had to light the scene for their cameras to capture this airborne test subject. Though

it is externally and internally illuminated, it does not have the characteristics as the 10-26-2012 UFO sample.

the laser trace signature would be apparent, as it is in this sample. It therefore is an impossibility, that what I

At approximately 8:30 p.m., another UFO was sighted over Washington, D.C. One witness reported that while driving along the

Capitol Beltway with the sunroof of his car open, he noticed an extremely-fast, bright-green, spherical UFO racing across the

sky. He was astonished as the UFO flew overhead on its way into the heart of Washington, D.C., and then turn in

the direction of Andrews Air Force base. The witness estimated that the UFO was flying at tens of thousands of miles per hour. He had never

seen anything like it. He could not judge the altitude, but noted that the UFO was incredibly bright and had a slight green haze around it. He

On July 16, 2002 at 1:30 am, I went to photograph a building called the Carpenters Building. It had started to rain,

and I didn't want to get my equipment wet, I took a 30-45 second exposure. In my image are unidentified Objects

that are stationary. There are some objects with the same "energy signature" on the ground. Reported findings to US Capitol Police.

Green Object in the Night sky over the nations capital

The craft shot across the sky and looked almost like a green flare, it was very puzzling and this is the second time I have

seen it in the past few months and 40 miles away my girlfriend saw the same event and the same craft and Identified

the same object. I am not sure if I believe it was a ufo, but it looked like nothing I have seen before. I do believe we are not alone.

Bright green object seen in Blacksburg VA.

While my father and i were fishing one night we noticed an oval shaped light glowing in the sky. We dismissed it as a

helicopter and continued on with the job at hand when we noticed the object was hovering above us, but did not make

a sound at all. As we stared at the green oval of light, it began to move a very fast rate of speed. In no time it was off

in the distance, leaving a vapor trail of green light behind it. There it stayed for what seemed like five minutes, then it

began moving again. This time it flew behind a cloud, at which time the cloud threw off a brilliant green light. The object

never came from behind the cloud, and within the hour the cloud had dissipated.

Connecting the dots, I was able to plot the anomalies even trajectory to escape Wormhole (Stargate).
I have to note that this is not my first instance of "Wormhole/Stargate" technology. In fact, this sample
is the second of 2 Close Encounters I experienced in July 2002. The First known sample of Inflection
Point entry to Normal Space I recorded on July 4, 2002, 12 days earlier* @ the Washington Monument*
My July 4, 2002 sample showed what I called the J-4 Pulse* suddenly appear into the image from a vortex.
It also showed the physical structure of a modulating* anomaly in flux during forwards fold;structurally
modulating. I will assume the structural modulation is the result of antigravity forces, and the ability to
transcend too the higher order of matter, considering we are lower order matter as compared too an
extraterrestrial. We cannot assume the atomic structure of an extraterrestrial to be the same as ours.

A most profound demonstration of "Wormhole" technology. The flash of energy indicated the anomaly was gone, however on film,
it registered as a digital pattern on the analog emulsion. The connected dots illustrated a level flight trajectory into Stargate, however
I cannot account for the two red objects connected too what appears to be this anomalies self generated wormhole (Stargate)
The Triaxial oscillation pattern could imply Resonance Propulsion technology was used to "fold space" and generate the Stargate.
However; Unified Field Theory, a theoretical concept on Earth could also explain the exceptional maneuverability of UFOs.

This sample well demonstrates the temporal oscillation pattern created by this anomaly as it generated a Wormhole. *
Inverted analysis. At the base of the "Stargate", a massive energy discharge prior to vanishing into thin air,
at point of inflection: Normal Space too Alternate Space. I noticed a repeating exact pattern in the sky
In the area around this singular anomaly. The sample shows "both sides" of what I believe to be the inflection
point,too this reality and that (alternate) in which this anomaly entered. However I can only
speculate the conditions within this opening (wormhole) not to be like that which I am sure of (Earth).
If this does show two distinct possibilities, I can only speculate the physical properties represented in the film samples,
are not relative too conditions common to this realm? However, the "digital" triaxial oscillation pattern does
represent Unnatural events that are not considered possible within current levels of technology. Some have assertions
of Divine contact, a possibility. Those Spirits seemed to observe me and make contact. I recorded the entire
sequence of events leading up too First Contact. I have attempted to demonstrate Warp fields below in my effects
section.

The Lead Manifestation of Carpenters P-51 UFO Anomaly
Extracting from a HD file, HD color textures, and rendering them RGBCMY for Bitmap Applications in 3D Environments. NOte the anomalies are all
discharging (dripping) anomalies into the air. This drip, small pea sized luminous green spheres, by the thousands. 2 of such spheres were captured
5 months after this sample, on the streets of DC. These extraordinary Micro UFO Anomalies had definitive physical characteristics, one with a
triangular frontal array.

Apparently it is a meteorite. Yesterday it was not seen because it was under muddy water and it emanated a strange odor.
The object made a crater 10 meters in diameter, according to the police. The Peruvian News Agency
(Andina) and radio Pachamama reported on the object. Andina informed that "a non-identified luminous object fell from the sky and made a crater
6 meters deep and 30 meters in diameter in the community of Carancas, near the border of Bolivia, said the Territorial Police of Puno".
At the site of impact, said the agency, there were unknown remains of "calcified" mass. The incident didn't affect anyone, but the sound and the
explosion were of a great magnitude. Radio Pachamama informed that the incident caused a lot of preoccupation among the countrymen because
yesterday in the morning there was a strange odor emanating from the crater and the countrymen were afraid that it could harm their health.

The National Police of Peru sent a contingent to investigate the site; meanwhile the Regional Health of Puno confirmed that they will send a
specialist to the site today or tomorrow. Other countrymen said that this incident was the precedent to a further disgrace, mainly in the
agrarian year, although this is part of the countrymen's beliefs. Modesto Montoya, of the Academy of Sciences and ex president of the
Peruvian Institute of Nuclear Energy, discarded the incidents of disease outbreaks. "A lot of meteorites fall in Peru, he told to Andina".
Here are conflicting reports:

Enhanced Carpenters P-51 UFO anomaly and its Central Core Colors: Note when enhanced, the green anomalies

center core of Yellow-green turns Red. The UPI image sample, and the samples from the US Capitol Building

2002 all responded the same with image enhancements applied. A natural protective property of this extraordinary

anomaly (material). i.e.: ETCTBmp or Extraterrestrial Color Texture Bitmaps for 3D Game Development and

Scientists confirmed yesterday that the meteorite that caused a 17 meter (55 foot) wide and 5 meter
(16 foot) deep crater in Puno, Peru was a chondrite meteorite. The water in the crater is to be drained and several
teams of scientists from different countries will take samples from the crater itself and from surrounding areas.
Peru anomaly 2007, crashed into village, and made all the villagers sick? However: this sample taken by
UPI matches exactly that which I imaged at the US Capitol. Without doubt, based on this physical evidence,
the anomaly which crashed in Peru, was not a meteor but an alien spacecraft. Why would an anomaly take a
controlled descend path into a village? Its occupants, Non Corporeal can exist in our atmosphere. Please
read further, the details of this extraordinary Close Encounter of the Third Kind (Fourth Kind*). Based
on this sample, and the samples below that follow, it is safe to conclude that the Peruvian "Meteor" was
not a meteor but an alien spacecraft. It would be a physical impossibility for that which I imaged to be
a Meteor. How does a meteor maintain 100% stationary positioning, then perform a controlled
maneuver and Warp out? However; this sample and that which I imaged are 100% alike.

A very peculiar flight trajectory, impacting in the center of the Village.
Impact creator: I'm confused? A meteor impacts and leaves a water hole in a mountain? Based on this
image sample, and the information presented by the Peruvian Government, and the location of the impact
Geography of the site. The impact creator is essentially a perfect semi sphere. Its composition, organic matter
commonly found in the universe and on Earth, was not resilient to mountainous rock. My samples show conditions
to an extent, within this anomaly which seemed to be "alive" and observing as I sampled it, during my Close Encounter
of the Third and Fourth Kind at the US Capitol Building in 2002. Upon further observation, over a course of 7 years
from my initial encounter; I have again encountered and photographed a reoccurring event in the air above the
Capitol Building. However; this time the samples are HD 1080 i and not film. And again, I deal with mindless conjecture
from individuals that long for attention; waiving the flag of absolute stupidity. There is nothing more disheartening than
individuals with limited intelligence attempting to discredit forensically authenticated scientific data. Would you allow
a moron to direct your daily life? It is certain that if you do, you too are a moron. The average human, based on
schooling and experience, will never have the aptitude or skills to asses an unknown anomaly, yet will attempt
to show with limited reason, how this sample can be easily recreated?

An additional sample of this Green anomaly provided a basis of comparative analysis. Because

Based on a comparative analysis, this anomaly also is consistent with the anomaly I encountered in 2002*
The evidence builds daily. Added 11-12-2009. So if these people used placed glass, then we are on to something;
However, this is not carefully places cameras, lens and lights with glass plates suspended in the air? If scientifically
trained scientist have not been able to debunk this forensic sample, what makes you think you can? I am amazed by those
lost souls that claim with certainty to know what these are, without ever having actually encountered one. So if you have never
had direct experiences with airborne anomalies, what makes you qualified to asses this data? Doing the home work required
to research this anomaly, and finding over 12,565 + references too green airborne anomalies (UFO's). Unless, too, these
12000 souls were viewing carefully placed glass, lighted by green and modulating green, red, amber, and blue lasers or some
light source impervious to analysis in cutting edge image parsing technologies: Adobe CS4, AVID Technologies
Media Composer HD, Combustion 4.5.4 Digital Compositing technology (Autodesk), 3dsmax5-2010 64Bit 3D;
are used in the examination of all image data.

After imaging an anomaly being discharged from a Thunder cloud, I turned my camera 90* and fired a sequence of images.

In one frame was a streaking green anomaly which matches the anomalies I imaged @ the US Capitol in 2002.

Modulating Rear Right Orb (Enhanced sample)
Carpenters P-51 Lead Right Sphere, spectral analysis shows this
anomaly consisted of multiple nuclei . This sample is consistent with
the Peru Meteorite, however; this sample is not a "meteorite"? I am
at odds with the notion that what crashed in Peru was far from a Meteorite.

conventional explanation for them? What I don't know is how to make a
case for other that truly unidentified light sources in the sky.
