A witness to the Event in 1952
July 1952/2002 represents basis for analysis. It should also be noted that first reports of UFO activity
at the US Capitol was July 16, 1952. My Close Encounter July 16, 2002. Ironically 50 years later too the
Day? It (July 16, 2002) was the second of 3 documented UFO encounters for me in 2002. I could not
explain the strange events or photographs I was taking, other than ET.
Frames taken from 2 different cameras, one stills, and the other 16 mm motion picture film. From the 2 different
vantage points, I was able to match the stills frame with the motion pictures frame in the same time reference. The
1952 motion picture sample was obtained in the UK, British archives had UFO data regarding this event which was
at one time classified footage. Most footage to this event was confiscated by authorities. In relationship, the top
Black and White image was taken from POV House side and the color sample from the Reflection Pool*.

DC UFO REPORTS #333: August 1, 1966
The next night, around 9:55 p.m., another glowing UFO was sighted for at least ten minutes over DC.
The UFO had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft.
The disc-shaped UFO was reportedly only three-inches across and was observed by one
male witness who reported the event to the DC Police Department.
Imaged 4-07-2011 during daylight hours, in a series of 800 frames taken in a 5 minute duration. The samples match the 1952 UFOs.
Imaged 1-31-2101 at a shutter speed of 1/8000th of a second, this formation of anomalies, which includes a green object and
another with uniform definition (structure)

Dual Sphere anomaly 2, is uniform in definition however contained more "green" in the sphere which above appears
white*.
US Capitol Dome July 16, 2002 object in the sky and on the roof House Side. Note the position of the anomaly
in the 1950 sample and this 2002 sample are almost the same? The 1950 and 2009 samples show the same object
as imaged in this 2002 film scan sampling* (Full scale alien incursion at the US Capitol Building). NOte though the
dates may be different, and the images more refined, they all show the same things however in different years.
8-30-2010 Anomaly sequence imaged @ 1/8000th of a second. Anomaly is a 100% match to the 1952 US Capitol
imaged samples. However captured @ 1/8000th of a second using HD digital technology.
8-30-2010 anomaly, imaged as a partial blur, at 1/8000th of a second. This indicates this objects velocity to be slightly
greater than the shutter speed used to capture this anomaly.

In each frame @ 1/8000 of a second, the anomaly is a partial blur? It actual velocity had to exceed
the shutter speed for it to blur. However, it was not seen during the taking of these images? Humans
cannot see objects at accelerated velocities.
9-01-2009 and a 1/8000th of a second sample of the Sun at 5:24 pm. In order to image this sequence of images of the Sun,
I had to set the cameras ISO too the lowest possible setting (50 ISO) with the lens closed down to the highest number setting
or smallest aperture and film at 1/8000th of a second, the Highest known shutter speed. However, in the samples the anomaly
is still a blur? 9 frames taken of the sun showed UFOs which were unseen due to the hyper velocity of UFO travel. Human
eyes could not possibly see these events as they transpire, due to limitations of human visual processing.
July 4, 2002 frame 1 and position 1 of formation of paired anomalies, 11:00 o'clock the Monument
Frame 2 45 seconds later, the formation moved from the 11:00 position too directly beside the Monument. Again, these are paired
anomalies which match my current 2009 HD 1080 hypervelocity samples.
Anomaly Foo Fighter of 2002/2009 samples match the 1952 image samples? Note these are Blue colored anomalies, which is consistent
with the Apollo Moon footage and the 1952 UFO flyby at the US Capitol*
Also consistent with Commander Gordon Cooper's Blue UFO Anomaly.
J-4 Pulse anomaly is first imaged as a series of pulses*, however in the next frame, above, is 100% stationary. An anomaly
like this was encountered on the Moon by Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin

The sample below has been deemed a fake (??), however it is an extraction from this sample, taken by Neil Armstrong. To set things on

Taken by my late Father, SMSGT TL Allen, PMEL on a hill overlooking the Weapons
Storage area on Clark AFB, P. I.. SAC Base. Imaged during the Vietnam War using Nikon F-2
camera and lens technology, OSI. I found this sample stashed away in an unmarked box?
My father always marked his library? The sample shows an extraordinary Blue and
Red winged anomaly possibly as it entered or exited normal space? This sample
also represents unreported military UFO activity. If there is a file on this event,
it surely is filed away, out of sight and out of mind.
Enhanced sample of "Blue and Red" Winged anomaly , is most unusual? However in
the air along with this anomaly was another undefined airborne anomaly (UFO).
